I brought her on board at the suggestion of a friend after I got out of contract with another realtor who was making selling my home from across the country an immense headache. One that probably sealed the deal was to repaint the tile in the kitchen, and it made a massive difference for a very small investment. She also arranged for a substantial upgrade in the staging, so my property looked really classy. I found her smart, insightful, and so, so communicative and compassionate. She got my condo sold quickly and the transaction went really smoothly. I could sing Catrina's praises all day long. Now, I only wish I could engage Catrina to buy my next home now that I live on the East Coast!

I hate to be one of 'those people' but 5 stars simply isn't a high enough rating for Catrina Russell! She helped us find our dream home after SEVERAL years and MANY houses, and she was patient and helpful throughout the entire journey. She had compassion and NEVER tried to push us towards something that wasn't right for us, even after the months continued to drag on. When we finally found "the one", she brought a TEAM of experts to our side to help navigate the challenging home buying process. No matter what question came up during the process, Catrina's response was always "I have a person for that". It was great to feel so cared for and protected and like we had people on our side during a very stressful (and expensive!) process. We are ever grateful to have had her on our team, and even more thankful that she stayed with us throughout the months. She's just wonderful, simply put.
